Rugged, all-welded trailers aren’t just tough—they’re ‘Saltwater Tough.’

A standard component of every KENNER® package is the GalvaShield® trailer that’s custom designed, built and fitted to each model at our state-of-the-art trailer manufacturing plant. Instead of bolting our trailers together the way some manufacturers do, GalvaShield® trailers are welded for extra strength and durability. EZ lube hubs make greasing bearings a snap.

Because these are saltwater packages, we add zinc coated springs, diamond-plate vinyl step pads, E-coated wheels, stainless steel and galvanized fasteners. The exclusive GalvaShield® coating applied to every custom-matched trailer makes it the most corrosion-resistant trailer on the market. Starting with G-90 cold-formed galvanized steel tubing, both the interior and exterior receive a coating of zinc for added protection. Next come additional protective coatings and finally, a polyurethane powder coat that is bonded electrostatically and then baked to produce an attractive, durable, high-sheen finish.
